| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | Singapore, July 2, 2019: Sembcorp Marine Ltd (the Company) wishes to announce that its dormant wholly owned subsidiary, Sembmarine North Sea Limited, has been struck off from the register by the Registrar of the Companies pursuant to Section 1003(3) of the Companies Act 2006 of the United Kingdom and has been dissolved with effect from 2 July 2019. The above striking off is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. Save for their shareholdings in the Company, none of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company have any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking off. |
