Final Dividend The Board of Directors of Seatrium Limited ("Company") is recommending a proposed final tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 3.0 cents per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Notice of Record Date The Company hereby gives notice that, subject to the approval of the shareholders being obtained for the proposed dividend at the 63rd annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 22 April 2026, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed on 7 May 2026 to determine members' entitlements to the proposed dividend. Duly completed transfers of shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, KCK CorpServe Pte. Ltd., at 1 Raffles Place, #04-63 One Raffles Place (Tower 2), Singapore 048616, up to 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2026 (the "Record Date") will be registered to determine members entitlements to the proposed dividend. Subject as aforesaid, members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on the Record Date will be entitled to the proposed dividend. |
